“The phone didn’t work and asked multiple people to fix it due to the clips being broke. The power went out. I couldn’t get to the front desk and kept directing me to the spa. I had to use my cell phone to try to reach each department in the hotel the whole time. It was a bad experience. Staff had us running around and misdirecting us!”

“I had to leave early for two main reasons - my neighbors had large dogs in their room that woke me up with barking in the middle of night on three nights. They smelled outside the room the smell was in the hall carpet. One morning I left my room and a large dog barked viciously at me. The dog was on a leash the owner said ‘don’t worry he is just vocal.’ I felt like saying yes that is a problem for people who are here to rest. At a normal place a person could get this addressed at the front...

“ hotel con servizi di base, pulito , silenzioso e confortevole ”

“The whole experience was very nice. Room was clean and smelled good. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The area hotel is in is quiet and close to highway access and many shopping areas, if needed.”

“The room was very clean and the staff were super helpful. I will use this place whenever I find myself in Provo.”

“Within walking distance to the BYU football stadium. A pretty river runs by the property. There was no parking at the property. We had to park in public parking across the street. The whole hotel is under renovation and should be shut down until the renovations are complete. Everywhere you went on the hotel property was a construction zone. The sheets to the bed were thin and old so I couldn’t even tell if they were clean. There was a huge stain in the middle of the carpet. It grossed me out...

“Beds were nice, comes with the hotel basics (tv, iron, closet, microwave) Parking was… the lot is small, then again we were in a rental ram 2500 Breakfast was minimal, but it gets the job done. Coffee is available. The room shower is the worst part, and it’s not all that bad. The dial is sensitive and it doesn’t look the cleanest, but it works. The few interactions with staff were ok, they were nice Overall, if something better is within your budget range, stay there, but this is an...

“Both elevators were broke and we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Only one elevator was kind of working the rest of the stay. There was in issue in the room and I had to fix it myself because the only employee there was at the front desk and she said she couldn't leave.”

“Easy access from the hwy, good location. The beds/mattresses are about ready to be replaced.”

“Poorly maintained property. Massive spider. Such a big spider,”

“It was kind of a dated room. Also the jets in the tub weren’t working and the front desk didn’t seem to care. Overall it was an uneventful experience lace to stay for the big price tag. Won’t be coming back.”

“This was the dirtiest, most run down hotel I have stayed in and it was the most expensive. Way too expensive for how old and dirty it turned out to be.”

“Camera pulita e molto spaziosa. Colazione varia e disponibile dalle 6. Piscina e vasca idromassaggio con asciugamani a disposizione. Varie opzioni per la cena nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura.”

“All was good. A suggestion would be to have the bed sheets fit the mattress. When you turn or move during the night it makes a mess.”
